only took 2 weeks to arrive in the US. this is my favorite product! works better than BIORE. I use it with the face paper (not included) along with the paper strip that I apply on my nose. you place the jar in hot water to make it thin and spread it on your face with a brush. place the paper on out and then wait until it’s dry. it pulls all my blackheads out!
